Our Engineering
Our buildings are professionally engineered
for safety and strength, with sealed engineered drawings available
for each building. Some of our engineering and design criteria are
listed below:
- Our wood roof trusses, which we manufacture at our own plant,
are engineered for a standard 30 pounds per square foot loading
(we can design the trusses for more loading if needed)
- Our building walls are designed for an 80 MPH wind loading
- Our column footings are engineered for the soil conditions and
the soil compaction of the local area around your building
- Our laminated
columns are sized according to the building height and the
wind and snow loading
- Our buildings will pass the building codes in any city in the
state of Oklahoma. We provide the sealed engineered drawings that
are needed for a building permit
