Metal Siding Installed with Screws

At Higgins & Sons We use Screws to Attach Our Steel Siding and Trim
Metal Screw    
  Our screws have a 1.2 mil. mechanical galvanized plating, a Duraseal enamel paint coating to match your building color, and neoprene rubber washers to protect against leaks.

Screws are four times the price of nails, but we know they are worth more in several ways, some of which are listed below:

  • Nails can Work Loose Causing Irritating Squeaks, Cracks, and worse yet Water Leaks in Your Building.
     
  • Screws have Greater Holding Power and Pull-Out Resistance than Nails. Which Means Your Higgins & Sons Building will be a Tighter, Stronger, and more Leak Resistant Building than Our Competitors Buildings which have Metal Attached with Nails.
     
  • Our Screws not only Hold Better than Nails, they Look Better on Your Building, due to the Color Matching Screw Heads.
