Our Building
Crews
- At Higgins & Sons our building crews are true professionals,
they will Always treat you with courtesy, and will be glad to
answer any of the questions you may have about the Building. All
of our crews are trained by Higgins & Sons, work full-time
for us, and are paid by the hour-- not by the building.
- We have several meetings a year with our employees to
discuss problems and work out better ways of doing things. This
team work ensures we build you a quality building.
- All of our crew foremen have been with us 6 years or
more.
- We thoroughly clean your building site at the end of
every work day, not just when the
job is completed.
- When your building is completed the crew foreman will
thoroughly inspect your building and go through a 16-point inspection
list; checking off each item as he inspects it and then personally
signing off on the sheet.
